Create PDF, HTML, CSV and TRF reports

Choose a report, preview the available data and export print-ready or machine-readable tournament files.

Available reports

Reports and exports includes participants, starting list, pairings, missing results, standings, category standings, crosstable, player cards, prizes and the FIDE tournament report. Team events add rosters, team pairings, team standings, board standings and team-specific missing results.

PDF

Choose PDF for a print-ready document. Select the round, board range or other report options before exporting. Long tables continue across pages with repeated headings and page numbers.

HTML and CSV

HTML produces a standalone file that opens in a browser and can be published by the organizer. CSV is suitable for spreadsheets and further local analysis. Names and tournament data are exported exactly as stored; the interface language controls report headings.

TRF

TRF is the interoperable tournament record used by pairing and rating workflows. Export after all relevant rounds and results are saved. Analyze the resulting file with the built-in TRF tool before sending it to another system.

Safe reporting workflow

  1. Resolve missing results.
  2. Refresh standings and prizes.
  3. Export the required reports.
  4. Open at least one PDF and the TRF analysis result.
  5. Create a backup that contains the final database state.
